Indepth on the Colossi's name meaning.

Phaedra was the daughter of Minos and wife of Theseus. She was the one who helped Theseus get through the maze and kill the minotaur. She was made to fall in love with Theseus' son, Hippolytus, by Aphrodite. After being rejected by Hippolytus, Phaedra tells Theseus that he raped her, and in anger Theseus curses his son who dies as a result of the curse. Phaedra commits suicide.
