Indepth on the Colossi's name meaning.

In Greek mythology, Argus was a giant with a hundred eyes. As only a few eyes would sleep while other remained open, Argus was an effective watchman. Hera later put his eyes on the peacock's tail.

Argus was also the son of the god, Zeus, and a mortal woman, Niobe.
